19th century Marquetry Inlaid TEA CADDY

A pretty early 19th century Regency period TEA CADDY of cube shape, primarily veneered in satinwood with borders of purple heart. The front and sides are inlaid with marquetry flowers and leaves, whilst the lid, similarly inlaid, features its original ornate brass handle. The interior retains most of its original lead lining.  Dimensions: approximately 4.5ins square.
