176/11: An unusual and seductive Art Deco period Bronze Sculpture which depicts a beautiful and very scantily-clad voluptuous lady, reclining on her Classical Egyptian bed, feeding an apple to a Chinese pheasant perched upon her knee. She wears a stylish head-dress, and not much else, apart from a robe draped across her legs. Signed by the Sculptor: Ferdinand Liebermann, and with the foundry mark. Original marble base. About 13ins long. c.1920
