216/11: A fine set of EIGHT solid mahogany Dining Chairs in very good original condition, comprising SIX singles and TWO carvers. Each chair features a curved upper back rail carved with scrolls and harebells; a centre rail carved with a shell and drop-in upholstered seats supported on well turned and carved front legs. The carvers have splendid scrolled arms in solid mahogany and all chairs are both strong and elegant. *NB The price includes re-covering in buyers own material. c.1820
